Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • International orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and peak seasons. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped and is available.

Customs & Taxes:
Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. Any additional charges required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.


Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Items returned without prior contact

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
